Michael is a veteran elementary school teacher from New Jersey. He is an America Achieves Teacher Fellow and serves as an advisor to the NJ State Department of Education.
Rachel is a doctoral student at Boston University who previously taught in the Boston Public Schools.

Sarah’s scholarship is informed by more than a decade of experience as a teacher, community organizer, and non-profit leader. She directs Tripod's research agenda. Sarah has a B.A. from Brown University, an M.S.W. from the University of Michigan, and a Ph.D. in Social Policy from Brandeis University.
Sharae Curd and Mary Wolfson work for the Pittsburgh Public Schools. Ms. Curd is the Coordinator for Environments that Support Teaching and Learning and Dr. Wolfson is a consultant to the district. They have both been deeply involved in the implementation of and research using Tripod survey results in PPS.
